‘Orange Moby Dick’ by Ivan Shmatov
The Story of Moby Dick
Moby Dick was factory produced and well-executed as a monster 911 of its time! The legend of Moby Dick continues in the drawing. In memory of Hans Mezger and Norbert Singer, the two extraordinary engineers of the time, I sketched the car admiring the well-known silhouette.
It is 100 years of Le Mans this year and it is a great reason to celebrate this jubilee with a tribute to the car that actually set a speed record at a time there. I am a dreamer and I dream of Porsche for many years digging deep into the history of the iconic brand. The legend of Moby Dick continues and I am very happy to be part of it now.
